Ideally located in the center of France, Domaine de l'Epinoy is the perfect place to get together with friends or family, for a wedding or a team-building event. The estate has 5 Holiday cottages and a hall for up to 50 people. We're located in a former farmhouse of the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, in the Countryside and 300 m from the Loire bike path. A large wooded park of 3,000 m² is available for outdoor lunches and receptions, and a large function room for up to 150 people is available with catering facilities (optional). Directly on site, several independent Holiday cottages for up to 35 people. Leisure, sporting and cultural activities nearby. Hiking and cycling from the farm. An independent 90m² seminar/reception room (50 people seated; simple room, tables and chairs provided) is included in the price. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL: Instead of the seminar/reception room, you can also choose a superb reception room with parquet flooring, with a total surface area of 320 m2. With its brown wooden beams, it's spacious and warm. The 150 m2 air-conditioned reception area can accommodate 140 seated guests, and a 70 m2 dance floor is also available. A kitchen is attached to the hall, which can be made available to the caterer of your choice. You can also take advantage of the establishment's superb grounds to organize a charming vin d'honneur on sunny days. If you wish to rent the reception room instead of the seminar/reception room, please select the room option for an additional charge. Musical parties are only accepted in the halls and not in the Holiday cottages (subwoofers are forbidden). The estate has a total of five self-catering cottages to welcome you comfortably. A total of forty people can be accommodated in the eleven rooms on offer. All are fully equipped for an excellent night's sleep. The establishment also boasts a parking lot providing secure parking for everyone's vehicles. If you wish, you can also take advantage of the estate's relaxation area, where you'll find play areas, ping-pong tables and much more.
Domaine de l'Épinoy is the ideal venue for all your family and business functions. A fully-equipped seminar room is also available for companies, for efficient working days in a quiet, peaceful setting. You can also simply stop off for a night or a vacation in this little corner of the Loiret.
Located in Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard, just a few kilometers from the city of Orléans, the establishment is easily accessible by car. You'll be welcomed like royalty, and given a simply fantastic wedding reception to seal your oath of love, and share these unique moments with all your loved ones in dream surroundings.

Weekend rental (1 to 3 nights) for the entire complex (5 gites + 50-person room) || If renting a single gite, weekday rental only possible between Monday and Friday morning (1 to 4 nights). || Rates include: water, electricity, heating and cleaning for the 5 gites + 50-person room.
