Nestled in the heart of the Montargis state forest, an hour and a half from the gates of Paris, come and enjoy the conviviality and relaxed lifestyle of our beautiful 18th-century family home. Fontainebleau is 41 km from Domaine de Bel Ebat. Come and stay in this 12-person Holiday cottage, a home full of charm, life and memories.

First floor:
- Large living/dining room: on winter evenings, you can gather around the fireplace.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, sink, oven, hob (5 burners), hood, microwave, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- Separate WC
- Double bedroom n°1 "Copacabana": 1 bed 180x200 and en-suite shower room (Italian shower, double washbasin, WC).

1st floor:
- Small living room: armchairs, library;
- Family room n°2 "Leblon": Suite comprising a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 (TV), a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, en-suite bathroom (bath, double washbasin) and separate toilet;
- Family room n°3 ""Tijuca"": Suite comprising a room with 1 bed 160x200 (TV), a room with 2 beds 90x190, an en-suite bathroom (bath, double washbasin) and a separate adjoining toilet.

2nd floor:
- Double bedroom n°4 "Santa Teresa": 1 bed 160x200 with en-suite bathroom (bath, washbasin) and toilet.

Outside:
- Front: You can park in the courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage (up to 20 cars), Enjoy vegetables from the vegetable garden depending on the season.
- Rear: Large wooded plot with sheltered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).

The land is shared with the owners' Semi-detached house, is enclosed and gated.
