Domaine de Beaudon

On the banks of the Essonne, large 9-person gîte (5 bedrooms). The house is located in a quiet hamlet, close to hiking trails (GR32) and the Buthiers forest. Gite "Le Moulin" is just: - 1 hour south of Paris, - 30 minutes from Fontainebleau, - 20 minutes from Larchant, Milly la foret and the 3 pignons forest, - 10 minutes from the Buthiers leisure park, - 5 minutes from the Augerville-La-Rivière golf course. Nearby activities: - Walking and cycling - Climbing (Buthiers and nearby Fontainebleau forests) - Horse-riding - Tree climbing - Visits to monuments (Château de Fontainebleau, etc.) - Fishing.

The first traces of this ancient mill date back to 1273. The mill supplied the village of Mont Grippon and Augerville-la-Rivière. The river runs alongside the accommodation. Large garden to the rear along the Essonne.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage has a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a shower room/WC and a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed (with access to the garden).

Second floor: bedroom with 160 cm bed, bedroom with two 90 cm beds, shower room and separate WC.

The Holiday cottage has a rear garden bordering the Essonne river.

Possibility on request of staying later on Sundays (subject to availability).

Visit to a beehive (apiculture) from late March to late September. Protective equipment provided (max. 4 people per session), but please bring thick, light-colored clothing.
