Holiday cottage "Les Coucous" is only : - 1 hour south of Paris, - 30 minutes from Fontainebleau, - 20 minutes from Larchant, Milly-la-Forest and the 3 Pignons Forest, - 10 minutes from the Buthiers leisure park, - 5 minutes from the Augerville-La-Rivière golf course. Nearby activities: walking, cycling, climbing (Buthiers and nearby Forest Fontainebleau), horse-riding, accrobranches course, visits to monuments (Château de Fontainebleau, etc.), Fishing.

The Holiday cottage comprises, on the ground floor: a living/dining room, a large open kitchen, an independent shower room (shower, toilet, washbasin) and a separate Bedroom n°1 (1 bed 140x190).

Upstairs: 1 large landing room with sleeping area (140cm sofa bed), 3 bedrooms (Bedroom n°2 with 1 160x200cm bed, Bedroom n°3 with 2 90x190cm beds, Bedroom n°4 with 1 120x190cm bed), 1 independent shower room and 1 separate toilet.
