In the heart of the Gâtinais region, with Ferrières, Montargis and Château-Landon just 20 minutes away, 50 km from Fontainebleau.

First floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (bedroom no.1 with 1 bed 140x190, bedroom no.2 with 3 beds 90x190), separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, washing machine), separate wc. Heat pump heating. Deposit required.
Outside: private terrace (separated from the second gite by a large hedge) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.
