Welcome to the Holiday cottage "Chez Louisette", for 2 to 4 people, fully adapted for people with disabilities. Located in Cléry-Saint-André, a stone's throw from Orléans, this Holiday cottage is ideally placed for discovering the Loire Valley, Sologne and the major sites of the Loiret region. It is on the route of La Loire à Vélo and the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, and offers many opportunities for Hiking and cycling. Nearby, don't miss the Basilique Notre-Dame de Cléry, and the "Cléry raconte" sound and light show. Orléans, a historic city with a rich heritage, is just a few kilometers away. The Holiday cottage is also the perfect base for exploring the Loire castles, the vineyards of the region, the forests of Sologne, and even the famous Beauval ZooParc, less than 1h30 away. A tandem and a joëlette are available to help you discover the UNESCO World Heritage landscapes in a different way.

The apartment is on one level, with the bright living room opening onto the terrace, including a fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, height-adjustable sink, electric oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker...).
Lounge area with 120x190 cm sofa bed, pellet stove, TV, Internet, board games...
Plenty of storage space for groceries, laundry, etc.
A beautiful bedroom with double bed 160x190 cm (separable into two single beds 80x190 cm if required).
A separate shower room with floor-level siphon shower and toilet, fully accessible for disabled people.

A private courtyard with a lovely terrace.
A bicycle room with repair kit, a joëlette for disabled guests, and a tandem bike for discovering the UNESCO World Heritage Loire Valley, the Sologne region and the surrounding area are all at your disposal.

Parking available at the side of the Holiday cottage, just a few meters from the entrance, with easy access for wheelchair users.

Electricity and heating to be paid on site according to consumption, meter read on arrival and departure. Options: end-of-stay cleaning €50, towels €5 per person and sheets with beds made on arrival €10 per person.
