A charming, peaceful apartment in the heart of the historic center. Just 500m from Orléans train station, 50m from Place du Martroi and a stone's throw from the streetcar stop, in the city's golden triangle, this apartment is the ideal place to visit the historic center in the footsteps of Joan of Arc, visit museums, go to concerts or the cinema, store in the city center or discover local produce at the various markets. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit the region's prestigious châteaux (Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny...), relax at the Balnéades wellness center, go horse-riding or golfing in Sologne, or decide to take a trip to Paris.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old City house, in a very quiet street, and offers a private parking space in an enclosed courtyard (passage under a porch - width: 2m - then maneuvering to park).

A blend of the old with its oak parquet floors and the modern with its high level of comfort, this 90m² apartment comprises an entrance hall with intercom, a vast, very bright living room opening onto a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer...), a bedroom on the courtyard side with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom on the courtyard side with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet and a laundry room (washing machine).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
Roadworks are planned in our street until the end of November 2025, making it impossible to guarantee permanent access to the parking space in the small courtyard, but a parking space is available, free of charge, in the media library parking lot, 8 min away on foot.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
