Looking for peace and quiet for a romantic getaway, with family or friends? The Chalet de l'Étang welcomes you to a peaceful waterside setting, in the heart of 3 hectares of woodland. This cosy chalet, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural, unspoilt setting on the edge of the Forest d'Orléans. Located just 3 minutes from Château de Chamerolles, 15 minutes from Pithiviers and 30 minutes from Orléans, the Chalet is ideally situated for discovering the Loiret region's heritage, forest walks and nature escapades. Local shops are just a few minutes away by car: small shops 5min, supermarket 10min by car. To preserve the tranquility of the premises, parties are not permitted and our four-legged friends are not admitted. Limited no-kill fishing on request.

Access to the property is via a private forest lane, for a peaceful change of scenery. A completely renovated wooden chalet combining wood and contemporary design, to be discovered at the end of the driveway and facing the private pond. The interior comprises: - A living room with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, sink, oven, microwave, small 2-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining area (table and 4 chairs) and a sitting area (2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs). Its two large picture windows bring nature indoors. Two small, sleek and comfortable sleeping areas (5m² each) with 1 double bed (140x190) in each. One has a view of the pond and the Forest for a magical wake-up call, the other has no window. - A separate shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit, electric towel rail and WC. Outside: A south-facing terrace accessible through the Chalet's bay windows, where you can simply step out into nature. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, dining table and parasol, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature at any time, with views over the pond and woods. 3 hectares of property with woods and pond to recharge your batteries. On the agenda: relaxing by the water, walking and observing nature in the woods.
