Marion will be delighted to welcome you to "Casa 103" with its three tastefully decorated guest rooms. The "Chambord" room, on the 1st floor (accessible by a steep staircase), with a double bed 160x200 cm, a sofa bed 140x190 cm on the mezzanine (accessible by a steep staircase) and its own shower room with private toilet. The room is lit by a large velux window. This independent room is in a guest house where you'll find a total of three guest rooms on the property. Also - The "Chenonceau" room with a double bed 160x200 cm, a sofa bed 90x190 cm and its own shower room with private toilet. - The "Cheverny" room with a double bed 160x200 cm, a sofa bed 140x190 cm and its shower room with private wc. Shared with the other bedrooms: Fully equipped kitchen (please clean and empty the dishwasher after each use). Lounge area with overhead projector and film platform available (privatization at extra charge). A space in the garden is available for meals or sunbathing. Heated pool from April to September (4x10 m, 1.40 m deep, 27-28°C). Swimming authorized from 3 pm to 6 pm (fee outside these hours: €10/person). Breakfast included, served from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., with seasonal produce and fresh eggs from the garden. Three to four private parking spaces on the property. Electric vehicle charging available for €8/day.

1h45 from Paris, nestled between Orléans and Blois, Casa 103 is on the route to the Loire castles, in a small village called Messas, very close to Beaugency.
