4-person house located in the countryside on the banks of the Briare canal in the Loiret region and close to the Puisaye ponds, an exceptional location for fishing, hiking and cycling. La Trézée" was tastefully renovated in 2024. The estate is very quiet, ideal for resting, recharging your batteries, or just relaxing. You'll get a simple but comfortable taste of the pleasures of a vacation in the heart of nature. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the large wooded garden and the view of the canal from the panoramic terrace. The "Scandibérique" cycle route, which passes right by the villa, takes you to Briare (10 km away) and the "Loire à vélo". Numerous signposted paths are accessible from the house. Between Guédelon, La Bussière, Sully sur Loire and Gien etc... castle lovers will be delighted. We're just a stone's throw from a Natura 2000 area: rich and varied flora and fauna. Find out how the Chaloy lock works at the gîte door. One kilometer from the house, you'll be enchanted by the elegant Gazonne lock. As you stroll along the canal towpath, you'll come across these majestic hotel barges, whose captains are sure to greet you with a friendly wave. The gîte is 10 km from the A77 freeway, so Paris is 1h30 from La Trézée. It is 10 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, 20 km from Gien, its earthenware factory and castle, and 30 km from the Château de Guédelon. A wide choice of museums: musée des émaux, musée de la Marine de Loire et du Pont Canal in Briare, musée de la chasse in Gien...

The gîte "La Trézée" is located on the 1st floor with a beautiful living room with lounge, dining room and open fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm, another bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm, shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet.

A panoramic terrace with garden furniture lets you enjoy your meals outside.
