Restored farmhouse located in the hamlet of Bois le Roi (3 km from Griselles) on the edge of the Montargis forest, close to the Cléry Valley. Large detached house for 12 people (including a dormitory with 8 single beds) with large living room and open kitchen, ideal for family gatherings or friends. Large enclosed garden with barbecue and sheltered garden furniture.

Due to damage, the PRM shower room on the first floor is closed for the time being. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the 60 m² living room with dining area and sitting area, Bedroom n°1 with 2 single beds 90X190 (en-suite shower room accessible to PRM (shower, washbasin, WC) closed for the time being, separate WC and washbasin.
FLOOR: Bedroom n°2 with a 140x190 double bed and a crib with bars; Bedroom n°3 (large dormitory room) with 8 90x190 single beds; and 2 shower rooms (shower and washbasin in each) and an independent WC. Beds made on arrival (disposable sheets). Utilities included. End-of-stay cleaning optional at extra charge.
