Welcome to this peaceful, spacious, fully-restored gîte in the center of a village, offering a relaxing break for the whole family. The gîte is located on the edge of the Orléans forest between Bellegarde and Beaune-la-Rolande, in the Gâtinais region. There are numerous hiking and horse-riding trails in the surrounding area. The gîte is located on a farm, 25 km from Montargis and Pithiviers, 50 km from Orléans and 110 km from Paris. Many activities are possible in the surrounding area: meet the animals at the Queudanes farm, the Javelière gardens, the Caillettes belvedere, Bellegarde castle... Shops are 5 km (Bellegarde) and 6 km (Beaune-la-Rolande) away. Public playground for children, boules pitch 100 m away.

Single-storey gîte with a large living room (40 m2) with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, sofa bed in the lounge (140x190 cm) for 2 people, bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) which can be joined together to make a double bed (180x190 cm), shower room and separate toilet. Separate toilet.
