Located in Maslives, a charming village just 5 km from the Château de Chambord, Villa Les Otaries is the perfect base for discovering the great sites of the Loir-et-Cher: Cheverny (19 km) and its Tintin exhibition, Blois (14 km) and its royal castle, Chaumont-sur-Loire (30 km) and its Garden Festival, or the famous Beauval ZooPark (51 km). And don't forget the pretty cities of Amboise and Tours, less than an hour away. With bike rides on the Châteaux à Vélo itineraries, wine tastings and strolls along the banks of the Loire, you've got everything you need for a rejuvenating and convivial stay!

All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax) sleeps 10-12, in detached house with enclosed garden.
Ground floor: Entrance. Large living room with open, fully-equipped kitchen: sofas, TV, pellet stove (supplied at no extra charge). Veranda: table, relaxation area, games (billiards). Separate WC. Shower room. 1 bedroom 1 bed 160x200 cm. Garage. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, cleaning equipment).
First floor: Mezzanine/office area. Bathroom. Separate WC. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200 cm. 2 en suite bedrooms: 1 bed 160x200 in the 1st, 1 bed 160x200 and 1 sofa bed 140x190 cm in the 2nd (on request, with supplement 20€/night). Air-conditioning in bedrooms.
Outside: garden, play area (slide, trampoline), barbecue. Private parking on property. Private Piscine (10x4x1.5m deep, domed), heated and open all year round (Swimming from 8am to 10pm).
