Upstairs: relaxation area (sofa bed), bathroom, WC. 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40 m). Wood for 1st flambé free of charge, then fixed price €55/week, €35/2 nights. Heating included in the price. Owner's tumble dryer available. Table tennis, slide and basketball hoop. Terrace and small enclosed pond. Compulsory cleaning charge of €65 on booking. In the event of the presence of a pet, a supplement of €8 per day and per pet will be requested on arrival in the accommodation.
