Welcome to the pretty Les Roseaux property, with its 4900m² wooded and enclosed park and its Lake, ideal for relaxing in the peace and quiet. Here you'll find a warm, comfortable cocoon for two. The location of your accommodation is ideal for discovering (or rediscovering) the Châteaux of the Loire Valley: Château de Fougères sur Bièvre (3 km), Château de Cheverny (8 km), Château de Chambord or Château de Chenonceau (25 km)... there are plenty of places to visit! The famous ZooParc de Beauval is also just 20 km away. Gourmets won't be disappointed in the region, which is rich in gastronomy and wine.

All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax), located on the first floor, above another 4-person Holiday cottage (itself adjoining another 2-person Holiday cottage). Access via outside staircase. 1st floor: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, curtained-off bedroom area with 1 double bed (140x190cm), shower room with toilet. Outside: garden shared with the other Holiday cottages (2 cottages for 2 and 4 people), picnic table, boules pitch, darts board, deckchairs, etc. Laundry room shared with the 2 other Holiday cottages (washing machine, cleaning materials, iron and ironing board, etc.). Optional: Fishing in the Lake: €5/day/person. Wifi. This Holiday cottage can be rented together with the 2 others (references 41G1251 and 41G1252). The accommodation is not specifically adapted for disabled people. Three-phase 22 kw recharging point on site: recharging extra 12 €/recharge.
