Marcheval

Located in the heart of Sologne des étangs, Marcheval is an old farmhouse (late 19th century) with Solognot character, recently restored, very comfortable, set in the heart of nature on a 20-hectare property of woods, fishing ponds and meadows.

It's located on one of the "Sologne by bike" circuits, less than an hour from the Loire castles. Approved Refuge LPO (Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux) since 2015. The house, facing east/west, opens onto a wooded meadow that is private to the gîte, bordered by a meadow where sheep or horses graze. Hunting is strictly prohibited on the entire property. The 120 m² gîte can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms, and pets are allowed on request, free of charge. Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs and plancha gas barbecue. Renting the gîte gives free access to all the paths that criss-cross the 20-hectare property and its 2 fishing ponds (pike, big carp ......

On the ground floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a 30 m² living room with fireplace, TV and stereo, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with bath and washbasin, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, in the attic, is a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a second mezzanine bedroom with two 90cm beds, and a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. WiFi is free and unlimited. Shared washing machine with the owner in the annex. Electric car charging station on site (€0.25 per kwh). Non-smoking accommodation.
