Welcome to the "Maison vigneronne La Gouchonnière", a Holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people located in Noyers-sur-Cher. The accommodation enjoys a privileged Location, between Sologne, Berry and Touraine. Just a few minutes from Beauval ZooParc (approx. 7 km) and in the heart of the Loire Valley, you can easily reach the great châteaux: Chenonceau, Cheverny and Valençay in less than 30 minutes, Amboise, Chambord or Villandry in less than 45 minutes.
Enthusiasts of wine and gastronomy will also be delighted: you'll be staying in the middle of the Touraine AOC vineyards, close to the Cheverny, Valençay, Vouvray and Montlouis appellations. Your host will be happy to recommend his favorite addresses and share his passion for wine, with the possibility of discovering his own production.

First floor: living room (sofa, TV, table, fireplace - wood provided). Equipped kitchen, washing machine, cleaning equipment. Separate WC.
First floor (accessed via steep staircase): shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm bed. 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds 90x190 cm, and additional beds on request (€20/person/night): 1 of 160x200 cm or 2 of 80x200 cm or 1 drawer bed 90x190 cm.
Outside: small garden, garden furniture (table, chairs), barbecue, pergola. Private outdoor parking space opposite Holiday cottage.
