In Sologne des Étangs, gîte on 12 ha property with pond (150m away). Small Solognese house, close to the owners' house. The gîte is an integral part of a hunting estate. You can see the dogs and come across game: roe deer, pheasants, ducks etc...

Ground floor: living room with sofa - kitchenette. Bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m or 2 beds 0.80 m) with mezzanine (1 bed 0.90m). Shower room and WC. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEZZANINE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR AN ADULT. Electric heating included. Not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Pond on site + boat available + free fishing (carp, roach, pike... depending on weather conditions). Please bring mineral water, as the sanitary water comes from a well. We can also provide bicycles. The signposted "Sologne by bike" itinerary is an easy and pleasant greenway that runs from Saint Viâtre to Chambord, Thoury or Crouy-sur-Cosson.
