Designed for get-togethers with family or friends, this large family home is the ideal place to share enjoyable moments in the heart of the Loire Valley. Originally consisting of two separate units, it now features two fully equipped kitchens—a real asset for organizing meals during group stays.

Its pleasant garden invites you to relax, while its location right in the center of the village means you can do everything on foot. In just a few minutes, you can reach the bakery, grocery store, Restaurants, cafes, and local shops, allowing you to fully enjoy the laid-back local lifestyle.

The true highlight of this holiday cottage is its exceptional location: the Château de Cheverny is just a 15-minute walk away—a rare convenience that lets you explore one of the most elegant châteaux of the Loire Valley without even needing to drive. You can also reach the Château de Chambord in 20 minutes, Blois and its Royal Château in 15 minutes, the Beauval ZooParc in 35 minutes, and the prestigious châteaux of Chenonceau and Amboise in less than 45 minutes.

The holiday cottage consists of two interconnected living areas, linked by an interior door, offering ideal comfort for stays with family or friends.

First section (ground floor):
fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (3-burner induction cooktop, Nespresso machine);
living room with smart TV.

Upstairs:
loft with a double bed (180x200 cm);
adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet.

Second section (ground floor):
fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room (3-burner induction cooktop, filter coffee maker);
dining room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood not provided);
separate toilet.

First floor:
a bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a desk area;
a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

On the second floor:
a family bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a 90x200 cm single bed;
A bedroom with three single beds (90x200 cm) and a TV;
a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outdoors:
Two terraces—one at the front and one at the back of the holiday cottage—allow you to fully enjoy sunny days. They are equipped with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. Outdoor games are also available (pétanque court, soccer goals, etc.).
