Close to the owners but not overlooked, with private garden and terrace, petanque pitch available. Ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove), kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 1.40 m bed), sleeping area (partitioned bedroom with 1 x 0.90 m bed and plenty of natural light but no window to the outside), shower room, WC. Secure parking. Large grounds of 5,000 m² with views over the vineyards. Bowls and pétanque. Two adult bicycles available on loan. End-of-stay cleaning included. First basket of wood offered (€6 per additional basket). Very close to the Zooparc de Beauval, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, the gîte des Verriers welcomes you in an old wine farm. You will have the right to a beautiful green garden with a shaded terrace, designed for lunch in the shade. You will have a calm and relaxing stay exploring the region. If you want visits that are out of the ordinary, you will find several tours on the theme of troglodytes in Montrichard (7km), where you can visit them and discover the unusual world of galleries dug into the rock.

Gîte idéal en période caniculaire
5/5Maison dans une propriété avec extérieurs soignés, au calme, gardant la fraîcheur malgré les températures élevées lors de notre séjour. Nous avons pu apprécier la tonnelle et les visites impromptues de Polka qui attendait quelques caresses et s'en retournait. Un grand merci à Laurent et Jacky pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre premier en Loir-et-Cher.
