Stay in this charming, detached wooden house in the village of Monthou-sur-Cher. Nearby (less than 50m) you'll find: a lake where you can fish, a playground, a boules pitch, a tennis court, a soccer pitch... enough to entertain young and old alike! For other water sports, Montrichard beach is just 15 minutes away. The famous Beauval Zoo Park is within easy reach (18 kms). For Châteaux enthusiasts, you'll find the discreet Château de Gué Péan in the commune, and the Château de Chenonceau and the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire (with its magnificent gardens) less than 30 minutes away. Take a stroll through the vineyards, chais and cellars, where you'll come across a dozen typical "loges de vignes".
Holiday cottage close to the owners' house and a second accommodation. First floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, wc, laundry room. First floor: small mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90 m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), shower room. Outside: private terrace, relaxation lounge, sun loungers, 1 parking space in front of the accommodation (possibility of storing sports equipment, bicycles, etc. in the owners' garage). Reversible heating, air conditioning on ground and first floors. Rates include heating and electricity. Bed linen, towels and cleaning optional. Non-smoking accommodation.

Marie Vacances en famille
Gîte conforme à nos attentes, très agréable et au calme, bien situé pour visiter la région (châteaux, zoo…). La climatisation des chambres a été un vrai avantage en cette période de canicule. Les propriétaires (et leur chat !) sont accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour !

Gite très agréable avec tout le confort avec un GROS plus : la climatisation..propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux. De plus gîte idéalement situé avec parc et restaurant juste à côté et petite épicerie bien achalandee dans le bourg..et bien sûr proche des sites incontournables tels Chenonceau, Amboise et le zoo de Beauval..

tomnat Agréable séjour en famille
Gîte agréable, propre, bien situé entre Chenonceaux et le Zoo de beauval.
La Clim est agréable en cas de forte chaleur le gîte est aussi proche d'un plan d'eau
avec jeux pour enfants.
