Welcome to your cosy gîte "Les Moniels", a family home (dear to the owners' hearts), entirely renovated with taste and simplicity. Your gîte is located at the crossroads of Sologne and the Loire Valley, in Dhuizon, a peaceful village where you'll find a number of local shops (restaurants, mini-markets, etc.). If you're looking for a change of scenery, you'll find the Sologne des étangs, with its unique flora and fauna, the Maison des étangs, the Maison du Cerf and the Poaching Museum. For horse riders, the Route Européenne d'Artagnan passes through the commune. Less than half an hour away, you'll find some of the Loire Valley's most famous castles, including Chambord, Cherverny and Blois, as well as other gems such as Talcy, Villesavin and Fougères. Many activities are available nearby, including horseback riding, tree climbing and canoeing! Finally, you're just 40 minutes from Orléans, and 1 hour from Beauval ZooParc.

Outside: unfenced area. Garden. Fitted terrace. Owners pass by (on the side of the house) every day to look after the hens and turtle-doves (at the bottom of the garden). Parking spaces on the property.
