Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, this single-storey Holiday cottage combines comfort, serenity and a gentle pace of life, in an environment conducive to both rest and discovery. From the outside areas of the Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside, where it's not unusual to spot a few deer or rabbits in the early morning or at the end of the day. In summer, you can also take advantage of the owners' heated outdoor swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the sunny days to the full.

Located in Saint-Étienne-des-Guérets, a charming village in the heart of the Countryside, the Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the treasures of the Loire Valley: the Royal Château of Blois and the Maison de la Magie, Amboise and the Clos Lucé (last home of Leonardo da Vinci), Vendôme and its canals, the famous châteaux of Chambord, Cheverny and Chenonceau, not forgetting the Zoo Parc de Beauval, ranked among the world's most beautiful zoos.

To make your stay even more memorable, the owner also offers discovery microlight flights from the gîte, offering exceptional views of the Loire Valley landscapes and the region's châteaux (prices on request). Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate a simulator area accessible in the evening with the owner, enabling them to play on realistic virtual courses and perfect their swing, whatever their level and whatever the weather.

This all-inclusive Holiday cottage (excluding tourist tax) has been carefully furnished to offer you a stay that combines comfort, conviviality and tranquility.
