Located in a hamlet 15km from Beauval ZooParc, you'll be welcomed into this gîte by the owners who live next door. With its two terraces, one to the east, the other to the south, you'll make the most of your stay in this typical house with character. You'll appreciate the warm, modern decor, with its exposed stonework and fireplace, as well as the well-kept garden, where you'll have plenty of time to soak up the sun. The region's rich heritage awaits you, including its many castles and gardens, which you'll be able to visit without driving too many kilometers, thanks to the gîte's ideal location.
Ground floor: large entrance hall, WC and washbasin, fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (wood-burning stove, wood supplied), 1 bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed (2 x 90cm twin beds) with its own shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC. As this bedroom is located between the entrance hall and the living room, you have direct access to the outside via a French window, as does the living room, which has 1 French window and 1 bay window. The entrance hall leads to the mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed (2 x 90cm twin beds) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower). Reversible air-conditioning. Free parking on the property. Rates include bed linen, towels, household linen, wood and heating/air-conditioning. Arrivals between 6 pm and 0 am and departures before 10 am. Non-smoking accommodation.

Gite très bien
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte a beaucoup de charme, rien à redire sur le mobilier et son confort.
Nous avons été également très bien accueilli.
Et géographiquement, nous étions très bien placé,le zoo de Beauval était à seulement 15 km, les châteaux pas très loin.

Un excellent choix pour les châteaux, Beauval, ...
5/5Un excellent gîte, avec air conditionné, et très bien situé pour aller explorer les environs: Beauval, les châteaux, les villes et villages. Le gîte est aussi très calme, situé dans la campagne,entouré de vignes et de champs. Ne pas hésiter à y aller pour profiter de la région et du gîte.

Maison à Meusnes
5/5Ce fût un séjour très agréable. Bon accueil des propriétaires avec des petites attentions gourmandes qui nous on fait plaisir. Le logement est très fonctionnel et propre. Beaucoup de visites à faire non loin du lieu d'habitation. Ce sera avec grand plaisir de revenir. Merci Katia et Maurice
