With its two terraces, one to the east, the other to the south, you'll make the most of your stay in this typical house with character. You'll appreciate the warm, modern decor, with its exposed stonework and fireplace, as well as the well-kept garden, where you'll have plenty of time to soak up the sun. The region's rich heritage awaits you, including its many castles and gardens, which you'll be able to visit without driving too many kilometers, thanks to the gîte's ideal location.

Ground floor: large entrance hall, WC and washbasin, fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (wood-burning stove, wood provided for a fire), 1 bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed (2 x 90cm twin beds) with its own shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC. As this bedroom is located between the entrance hall and the living room, you have direct access to the outside via a French window, as does the living room, which has 1 French window and 1 bay window. The entrance hall leads to the mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed (2 x 90cm twin beds) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower). Reversible air-conditioning. Free parking on the property. Rates include linen (beds made up), towels, household linen, wood (for a fire) and heating/air-conditioning. Arrivals between 6pm and 0am and departures before 10am. Non-smoking accommodation.
