This charming contemporary wood-frame villa, built in 2022, very close to Blois and the Loire à Vélo, offers a real sense of well-being thanks to its architecture and the materials used. Its modernity, luminosity, layout and decoration make it the perfect place for a vacation or weekend in the Loire Valley. You'll appreciate its qualities as much as its ideal location at the gateway to Blois and Chambord, close to the Royal River. The surrounding nature will undoubtedly be your benefactor, as the view over the garden and neighboring fields, and the visits of the many birds, such as the magnificent tits, are all sources of calm and serenity. Your vast terrace will be the perfect place for outdoor meals and well-deserved lazing around before or after your visits to the many sites in our region.
All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (pellet stove, sofa, connected TV, 4-burner induction hob, Senséo pod coffee maker), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room and separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine.) Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room with toilet. WIFI ACCESS. Electric heating (included in rates). Not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Unenclosed 300 m² garden on enclosed property (25 m² terrace). Non-smoking accommodation.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. La maison est impeccable, lumineuse, rien ne manque, et la terrasse nous a permis de partager de nombreux repas pour profiter de l'extérieur fleuri, calme et reposant. Un séjour mémorable!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce gite.La maison est très bien équipée, propre et dans un environnement calme en pleine campagne mais proche de Chambord et Blois. Propriétaires accueuillants et très serviables. Petits commerces à proximité. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. A refaire, à recommander...

Cecile Exactly what we were looking for!
The cottage was very comfortable and quiet. All well equipped and clean, the cottage looked brand new with paint and bathrooms spotless. There was lots of little games and books for the kids and the terrace in the peaceful countryside offered us a really nice breakfast spot. The cottage is well located with Blois next door to visit and Chambord. We were really happy with this cottage and will definitely go back on our next stay in the area !
