You'll be staying in this former barn, which has been tastefully restored and retained all its charm, with high ceilings, beams, cobblestones... Halfway between Beauval ZooParc and the many Châteaux de la Loire, you're ideally located for visiting the region's most important tourist attractions. The beach on the banks of the Cher is just 12km away (Montrichard), and in the village (400m away), you'll find plenty of shops (multi-service grocery store: bread, meat, delicatessen, post office...). In addition to the beautiful interior of this Holiday cottage, its exterior is just as attractive, where Kids can enjoy the play area with a slide and little wooden house, while parents share a convivial moment in the enclosed garden (1000m²). You'll also be delighted to find a heated indoor swimming pool (to share).

All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) close to the owners and a Bed and breakfast (3 people / N° G10413) with whom you'll share part of the outside space + heated indoor pool (7x4m, 1.20m deep, chlorinated, usable from April 8 to September 29) also installed in an old barn.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace/insert), open kitchen, shower room with separate toilet, also accessible from outside, very practical when you're in the garden, at the Piscine.
Upstairs: mezzanine (lounge and TV area), 1bed(2bed90), 1bed(1bed160), 1bed(1bed160,TV), shower room with WC, 2nd lounge/library area, 1bed (1bed 180, TV, private bathroom and WC).
Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Baby equipment available. Bed linen + towels + heating + end-of-stay cleaning included. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. POOL OPENING: 08/04 to 29/09
