The calm of the Countryside awaits you, as does the beautiful heritage of the Loire Valley. 10km from Talcy castle, 23km from Beaugency, 29km from Vendôme, 30km from Châteaudun and BLOIS, 30 minutes from the Loire Valley castles, one thing's for sure, you won't be bored! This region will appeal to Kids and parents alike, being rich in nature, heritage and gastronomy.
Detached house with enclosed grounds. Ground floor: kitchen, living-dining room (sofa bed), laundry room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, WC. Holiday cottage not specifically equipped for the disabled. Oil-fired central heating from October 1 to April 30 (46€/week or 9€/day for short stays). Only 1 pet allowed, depending on size (see owner), with a supplement of €1/day. WIFI. Electric vehicle charging station 3 kms away. 2 cars can easily be parked in the Holiday cottage's enclosed courtyard.
