Ideally located close to Beauval ZooParc, Chambord, Chenonceau and the great Chateaux of the Loire, this independent 16th-century farmhouse welcomes you to a peaceful, authentic setting.

Ideal for a family, the gîte is located in the calm of the countryside, where you can enjoy the surroundings from the garden furniture, while watching your children play in the swing. As well as having a great time, you can discover the region's heritage by visiting the châteaux (Chenonceaux is 25km away and Fougères-sur-Bièvres is 10km), exploring the Pouzet garden in Couddes, and sampling the local produce... There are many activities to discover from your gîte, and you can even fish in the Morthèze pond 4km away (daily rate).

Holiday cottage for 6 people with beds made on arrival. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, TV and table soccer, ideal for sharing convivial moments. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, filter coffee maker and percolator. A shower room, separate toilet and laundry area complete this level. Upstairs, a Mezzanine bed leads to: a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed; a family room with a 140x190 cm double bed and two 90x190 cm single beds (with an additional 90x190 cm extra bed available).

There's also a second bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Wifi fiber. Outside, enjoy a large garden with a naturally shaded terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue or electric plancha. Deckchairs under the fruit trees invite you to relax, while younger guests can enjoy the slide and swing. The Holiday cottage has a secure shelter for bikes and motorcycles, private on-site parking and an unfenced plot.
