Gîte in a Solognote house made from small local bricks, located on a wooded property "La Renardie" where you will discover the Sologne geese.
From the gîte, discover villages, ponds, numerous wine estates and you can visit one of the wonders of the Renaissance, the most famous castle of the Loire Valley: Chambord, also Cheverny etc... the ZooParc de Beauval, the city medieval town of Mennetou-sur-Cher where Joan of Arc stopped and the hiking trails of the ponds will allow you to discover Sologne.
On the ground floor: living room/living room with traditional atmosphere in an architecture of beams and bricks, where you will take the time to relax in front of the fireplace. Kitchen, bathroom, WC.
On the 1st floor: 1 family bedroom (1 bed of 150 and 2 beds of 90), shower room/WC.
Outside: you will enjoy nature in the shade of the large trees.
Central heating included from 10/1 to 04/30. Fireplace wood: €8 per box. Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen rental: €3/pers. WIRELESS. Naturally cool house during periods of very high heat in summer.
In the village shops: Bakery, butcher, grocery store, tobacco/press, pharmacy, hairdresser, library etc...Restaurants (local cuisine).
La Renardie includes another independent gîte not overlooked, each with its own enclosed shaded area.
Shared enclosed parking for both gîtes.
