Close to the castles of the Loire Valley, including Château de Fougères sur Bièvre (3 km), Château de Cheverny (8 km), Château de Chambord and Château de Chenonceau (25 km) and ZooParc de Beauval (20 km), you'll never be bored in this gîte. Le Petit Gîte des Roseaux is a pretty country property with a lake and 4900 m² of enclosed parkland. Plenty of sightseeing awaits you, so get ready to discover the region's heritage! This gîte is comfortable and cozy, which will immerse you in a warm atmosphere. The large garden lets you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, and relax to your heart's content.
All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Adjoining another 4-person Holiday cottage (each with its own outdoor space), completely on one level: living room with large fitted kitchen and dining area (accessible from outside). Living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), shower room with WC. Shared laundry room with the other Holiday cottage (washing machine, tumble dryer, additional freezer, etc.) Bed linen, towels and heating included. Optional: Fishing in the Lake 5€/day/person. Non-smoking accommodation. Three-phase 22 kw recharging point on site: recharging extra 12 €/recharge.

FP Séjour agréable
Le descriptif correspond exactement à la prestation. Il est vrai que la division du gîte en deux parties est un peu ennuyante mais l'espace proposé compense. Bonne pression de l'eau dans la douche, lit très confortable, volets roulants et cuisine tout à fait honorable.
Le wi-fi fonctionne très bien, la réception de la télévision dans la cuisine beaucoup moins.
Parking facile, cadre agréable et très calme.
A proximité de Blois, Cheverny, Chambord et bien d'autres sites.- Cleanliness

Gîte atypique mais très confortable et très calme avec un jardin merveilleux et idéalement situé entre les grands châteaux de la Loire. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers dès que nous en aurons l'opportunité.

Phil&Co Excellent gîte
Gîte très agréable et spacieux d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. La buanderie commune est très pratique quand on reste longtemps sur place.
Un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui logent sur place. Un bel espace vert avec son étang permet de vous reposer- Cleanliness

Martha 3 Tage Loire
Traumhafter Garten mit großem Teich und alles sehr gepflegt. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil: Küche und Schlafzimmer mit Bad haben je einen Außeneingang, also kein direkter Zugang von einem Zimmer ins andere. Aber, daran gewöhnt man sich.
Vorschlag für die Vermieter: ein Kühlschrank in der Waschküche mit einem kleinen Angebot an Getränken (mit Kasse). Der nächste Supermarkt ist doch ein gutes Stück entfernt.- Cleanliness
