Located between Le Mans and Tours, close to the Loir Valley, this Holiday cottage is in the heart of typical villages, manor houses, hiking trails and vineyards. The region is famous for its wines and châteaux, so there's no escaping visits and tastings! There's also a Base de loisirs just 10km from the Holiday cottage, where you can enjoy swimming, horse-riding, archery, mini-golf, pedal-boating... Le Niclos offers a wide range of activities for the whole family to enjoy during your vacation at this Holiday cottage, with culture, heritage and leisure activities to keep you busy. This Countryside Holiday cottage will immerse you in a calm and rejuvenating environment that will make you want to come back!
3 km from the Vineyards of Jasnières. Semi-detached house with the owners' house, located at the entrance to the village, on a shared plot (2000m²), partly enclosed, with a stream.
Entirely on ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining/living room, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 1 folding bed 0.90m and 1 Kids' bed).
Electric heating not included. WIFI.
Cleaning charge 75€ FOR 1 WEEK, from 2 WEEKS rental, the cleaning charge is 125€.

PetitPot Super séjour à Tréhet

Wightie Tranquil stay in the Loir valley
Very welcoming and helpful hosts and lovely, well equipped gîte in quiet surroundings just as we had hoped. We received many unexpected gifts of fruit, vegetables and homemade jam from Mylene and Bernard making our stay even more enjoyable The village of Tréhet is very small with no shop or restaurant but Rueille sur Loir is a very short drive or bike ride away where there is a boulangerie, butcher and an excellent simple local restaurant offering good food and great value. We also walked to the restaurant several times around the nearby fishing lakes and across the river (about 30 minutes).
The town of La Chartre sur Loir is 8 minutes drive and offers all amenities including a large supermarket. The local cycle ways are well indicated and provide a safe and popular way of exploring the area. Don't miss the local wines, much less well known than those from the Loire and Touraine but offer something different and equally enjoyable.- Cleanliness

Penn ar Bed Séjour en val de Loir
Gîte agréable et confortable dans un environnement très calme, à proximité de châteaux, villages touristiques, forêts et vignobles. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil pour visiter la région. Notre séjour nous a entièrement satisfaits.
