Welcome to "Le Maupas", a cosy Holiday cottage located in Chailles, a small rural commune in the Loir-et-Cher region, at the gateway to Blois (5 km), a City of Art and History where there's no shortage of activities: visit the Château Royal and the old town, marvel at the Maison de la Magie, horse-drawn carriage rides, canoeing, etc. The "Loire à Vélo" cycle route allows you to take in the sights and sounds of nature, as well as passing through the typical towns and villages of the Loire Valley. Discover nearby magical sites such as the Jardins de Chaumont-sur-Loire (15 min away), the châteaux of Cheverny, Chambord (20 km), Amboise (30 km), or Villesavin, Beauregard,... A little further afield (30 to 45 min from Chailles), don't miss the Beauval Zooparc, or the Matra Automobile Museum in Romorantin. For food and wine lovers, the region has plenty to offer: a wide choice of restaurants, wine cellars, the Max Vouché chocolate factory, the Chambord cookie factory, as well as numerous local producers.

Upstairs (stairs: low ceilings): 1 bedroom 1 double bed 140x190 cm. 1 bedroom 1 double bed 140x200 cm. Separate WC.
Outside: shared garden with owner, with private area in front of Holiday cottage (terrace). No private parking, free parking available outside. Enclosed room for potential bicycle storage.
Baby equipment available: bed, chair, stroller, changing table, safety gate for stairs, etc. Shared washing machine on request. Wifi access. Non-smoking accommodation.
