Welcome to "Logis de Pierre" (first name of the owner's grandfather), a tastefully renovated family home dating from the 1850s. The walls feature numerous paintings by the artist "Kerfily" (the owner's father-in-law). Your Holiday cottage is located in Brévainville, a small commune in the north of the Loir-et-Cher department, bordering the Eure-et-Loir (Châteaudun and its UNESCO World Heritage castle 15 min away), 24 kms from Vendôme. In Cloyes (6kms) you'll find a train station and a Piscine with a Wellbeing area. Hiking enthusiasts can discover the peace and quiet of the Beauce and Perche regions. If you're a fisherman or simply want to observe the flora and fauna of the aquatic environment, the Loir or the Saint-Lubin pond are just a few meters from the house. Enjoy a visit to the Château des énigmes de Fréteval (15 min). In less than 1 hour, you can also reach Blois and its Royal Castle, its House of Magic, etc.
All-inclusive Countryside Holiday cottage.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen. Living room with TV, fireplace. Bathroom (bath, washbasin). Separate WC. 1 double bedroom (160x200), TV, closet and dressing room.
First floor: access by stone staircase. Lounge/gaming room. 1 double bedroom (160x200) + 1 pull-out bed (+1 extra bed on request, €20/day). 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) (made up of 2 twin 80x200 beds), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190), bathroom with large shower (1m x 1m10), separate toilet.
Outside: 1000m2 fenced garden with trees, terrace (40m2), swing, barbecue, garden table and chairs, large parasol, deckchairs. Private parking on enclosed plot and possibility of parking around the house.
Fiber-optic Internet access. Reversible air-conditioning upstairs; electric central heating on ground floor + fireplace (wood supplied). Non-smoking accommodation. No tourist tax.

Gîte propre et agréable. L'accueil est cordial, les chambres refaites a neuf récemment et les alentours propices aux promenades champêtres.
La maison mériterait une 2eme salle de bain, qui est en cours d'aménagement.

Merci pour ce retour très positif et encourageant. Une seconde salle d'eau, un second WC et une 4ème chambre seront disponibles je l'espère en début d'été. Ces aménagements permettront d'offrir 3 couchages supplémentaires soit un total de 10. Au plaisir de vous accueillir et de vous faire bénéficier de ces nouveaux espaces.

Antoine Superbe gite
Il s’agit d’une ancienne maison superbement rénovée, nous avons bien profité de la salle de jeu (avec babyfoot) et de la cheminée pendant cette première semaine de l’année. Gîte en pleine nature avec plusieurs jolis chateaux à visiter. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine !

C'est un gîte à recommander, très chaleureusement !
Rien ne manque, tout est fourni au centuple, ce qui est rare.
D'une propreté impeccable, ce gîte est charmant, très bien décoré, et spacieux. Tout est soigneusement pensé pour les plus grands, comme pour les plus petits.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, aux petits soins.

Gilles Très bon gîte
Gîte très bien conçu, neuf et fonctionnel. Gros plus pour la cheminée. Nous y avons passé un très bon weekend entre amis avec des enfants. L'aménagement sur 2 étages a permis de laisser les enfants libres à l'étage et de profiter de moments de calme entre adultes au RDC.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte qui a su se montrer réactif.

Vaste maison confortable et très bien rénovée (matériaux de qualité, très bonne isolation, tout est bien pensé...). Jardin très sympa qui va évoluer encore d'après le propriétaire.
Benoît nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a pris le temps de tout nous présenter.
Nous avons été heureusement surpris par le calme environnement, c'est exceptionnel !
