It's surrounded by a large enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, with a portico for Kids (outdoor games box) and a bowling green shaded by large lime trees, benches and deckchairs for you to relax and unwind. In addition to all this, you'll appreciate the separate games room with table tennis, table soccer, darts... Perfect for spending quality time with family and friends! Ground floor: 50m² covered terrace (garden furniture, family table, stone barbecue), entrance (large vestibule), fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, cathedral-style living room, 1 bedroom (1 x 1.60m bed), shower room (walk-in shower and 2 basins), separate WC and washbasin. Spiral staircase to 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed of 1.80m separable and fixed baby bed), 1 bedroom (3 beds of 0.90m), shower room, separate WC, mezzanine (small desk and chaise longue) overlooking the living room. Holiday cottage NOT ADAPTED for the disabled (wheelchair access inside and outside). Bed linen provided, beds made up, towels and kitchen linen supplied. Heating included.
