For your next vacation, you'll be welcomed in this charming longère located in the Countryside, in a very quiet area. From this Holiday cottage, you'll have a view of the vineyards and the park of the neighboring château. You'll feel right at home here, with a beautifully decorated and furnished interior, and a very pleasant exterior with a garden, a terrace with 1 table and 4 chairs as well as sun loungers and 1 outdoor living room consisting of a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table... Your family can take advantage of this Holiday cottage's ideal location to visit the castles of the Loire Valley, including Montpoupon, Amboise, Chenonceaux, Chambord, Chaumont sur Loire, the beautiful City of Loches... and also the Zoo parc de Beauval, just 10 minutes away. And for those who love cycling, you now have access to the Le Cher a vélo route, just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage. There are plenty of places to visit within a radius of less than 40 kms, so don't hesitate!
Bungalow located opposite the owners' house, in a hamlet of 3 houses 300m from the village.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, WC, large living room (with wood-burning stove, wood: €0.50 per log). Heating included (heat pump). Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled.
Large enclosed garden with terrace. Kids available at the communal Lake 100 m away.

Aurélie Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille à Pouillé où nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le gîte est très bien équipé et proche de beaucoup de lieux touristiques. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse.

Nanou Plus-que-parfait
Séjour excellent. Région magnifique. Énormément de choses à faire à moins de 45 mn autour. Le gîte a contribué à ces excellentes vacances. Tout est parfait. La propreté irréprochable et c'est plutôt rare à ce point. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur du gîte par cette chaleur accablante. Gîte très confortable que ce soit la literie ou bien le canapé, Ainsi que pour le mobilier d'extérieur.Il ne manque absolument rien. L'accueil des propriétaires très sympathique et chaleureux. A la fois discrets et très disponibles en cas de besoin. Merci encore à eux. Des propriétaires qui pensent avant tout au bien être de leurs hôtes. Merci pour les attentions ainsi que les conseils de visites et les bons restaurants.

Accueil très chaleureux et généreux du propriétaire.
Gîte vraiment très agréable et très propre avec un joli bouquet de fleurs fraîches.
Grand calme, beaucoup de verdure et chant des oiseaux.
Endroit très reposant, on s'y sent bien. Idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer.
