In a village on the outskirts of Blois, this Maison d'Hôtes is ideally located for discovering the Châteaux of the Loire (Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire and its International Garden Festival, ...) as well as the Beauval ZooParc, just 45 minutes away. Get ready to visit and discover the nuggets of this beautiful region! You'll spend your vacations in a former sheepfold renovated between 2020 and 2022. With its exposed beams and modern furniture, this house is the perfect mix for a cosy atmosphere.
The main building houses the owners and 2 guest rooms in the outbuilding (1 on the ground floor for 2 people with 1 bed 1.60 m and the 2nd on the first floor comprising a living room with 2 beds 0.90 m and a large bedroom with 1 bed 1.60 m), a lounge reserved for guests (with library, billiards, games) and the breakfast room. The 3rd bedroom is a small independent house opposite, with its own private terrace and kitchenette. Each room has its own private bathroom. A terrace with garden furniture is at your disposal. Parking is available outside the property, a 1-minute walk away. Bicycles available for hire (6 adults, 2 Kids and 1 child seat). The Perchée suite and Le Boissier room have air-conditioning.

Room: Suite Perchée
This 50 m² family suite comprises two adjoining rooms, a mezzanine accessible by a ladder (a place to rest and read), an entrance hall and a separate toilet and shower room. The first room has a pull-out bed (2 beds 90 x 190) and a "tea room" area with kettle, NESPRESSO machine, fridge and microwave. The second room is the parents' bedroom with 160cm bed, sitting area with TV and desk.

The "Mees" bedroom, with a comfortable 25 m² surface area, has a 160cm bed - valet - dressing table - armchair unit - closet - chest of drawers - separate WC and separate shower room. Roller shutters on the windows provide total privacy.

The 33 m² "Le Boissier" room is a charming, independent cottage perfect for a longer stay. On the first floor, you'll find a living area with a kitchenette (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine), a shower room with WC. On the mezzanine floor, 1 x 160cm bed and storage space.

Cécile Excellent séjour
Le Boissier est un petit havre de tranquillité. Le logement, et notamment la literie sont très confortables. La situation jouit d'un grand calme. On peut rejoindre le centre ville de Blois facilement à vélo en longeant la Loire, en 20 minutes. Nicolay est un hôte très accueillant, disponible et souple sur les horaires d'arrivée. Nous revenons depuis 3 ans et comptons bien renouveler notre séjour l'an prochain.

Etape sur notre route pour la Bretagne. Chambre parfaite, très propre et très confortable avec une décoration très soignée.
Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, très à l'écoute de nos demandes et de bons conseils. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison et variés.
Très belle découverte! Une bonne adresse à conserver pour un autre séjour et à conseiller.
