Welcome to Clos du Vérêt.
The owners will be delighted to welcome you to their winegrowing estate, in a 120 m² Holiday cottage on the first floor of the family home, an 18th-century character property. You'll enjoy a warm welcome and personalized advice to help you make the most of your stay. However, we would like to point out that, to ensure a pleasant experience for all, it is important to keep noise pollution to a minimum.
Come and enjoy a restful stay, with the whisper of a spring flowing year-round, and a convivial one, with the possibility of tasting the family's wines.
It's all here for you to enjoy a pleasant stay in this magnificent, gentle Loire Valley, where châteaux and wines are king!

The private troglodytic swimming pool (3x6m) is accessible and heated all year round, and the 400 m² playground features a pétanque pitch, swing, slide, soccer goals, ping-pong table...
The Holiday cottage, accessible via a long ramp and a few steps, with its own entrance, comprises :
- living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge,
- 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with en-suite shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190 or 1 bed 180x190) with its own shower room and WC,
- 1 bedroom divided into 2 (1 bed 160x200 and the other adjoining 2 beds 90x190) with its own shower room and WC.
- Terrace (table, armchairs, sofa, gas barbecue).
- Closed parking.
