Welcome to "Le Clos de Fresnes", a pretty and comfortable Holiday cottage, tastefully renovated by its owners, who will give you a warm welcome. There's plenty of equipment and games for the Kids to enjoy, while the grown-ups can get together in various cocooning areas (large main living room, relaxation area by the stove in the kitchen, furnished mezzanine).
The Holiday cottage is located in the small village of Fresnes, in the Sologne region, near the famous Beauval ZooParc (21 km), and not far from the chateaux of the Loire Valley (Chenonceau 30 km). And don't miss the remarkable gardens in the area, such as the Domaine régional de Chaumont-sur-Loire (20km) or the Parc du Château de Beauregard (12km).

Upstairs: mezzanine landing (sofa bed 140x190 and desk), sleeping area with 1 extra single bed 90x190, 1 shower room, WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 180x190 (separable into 2 single beds) and 1 single bed 90x190, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x200 (possibility of combining 2 of the beds to make a double) and 1 washbasin. Outside: enclosed garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, shed with sitting area, ping-pong table. Private parking opposite Holiday cottage (road to cross).
