This warm, bioclimatic, new detached house, set in enclosed grounds with private parking, is located in the countryside. This gîte will offer you ideal comfort, where you can relax and spend quality time with your family. Your vacation in this gîte will be a mix of relaxation, discovery, sport and sightseeing!

Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, separate WC, storeroom, bicycle garage. Wooden terrace of 25m² with pergola, pellet stove (bag of pellets: 12€), double-flow VMC, rainwater recovery, solar hot water production. New: recharging point for electric or hybrid cars or other types of vehicle (electric bikes and scooters, etc.) (extra charge according to meter reading). Bed linen provided, electric heating (except wood heating) and end-of-stay cleaning included.
