Welcome to the Gîte du Belvédère, a large group gite for up to 15 people, with spacious living areas (lounge, kitchen/dining room) and 7 bedrooms spread over the 3 levels of the house, each with its own private bathroom (washbasin, shower, WC).
Situated in the heart of the village of Montrieux-en-Sologne, in a peaceful setting close to the local lake and its fitness trail, this accommodation is ideal for family events, weddings, seminars, cultural stays, association gatherings, and so on.
You're in the heart of the Sologne des Étangs region, on the route to the Châteaux of the Loire: Château de Cheverny and Domaine de Chambord 25 km away, Blois 35 km, the magnificent gardens of Chaumont sur Loire 55 km away, etc. The region offers a rich cultural heritage, and nature lovers won't be disappointed: communal paths, hiking and cycling trails, etc.

First floor: Dining room with equipped kitchen, TV. Small lounge + large 43 m² lounge with fireplace (wood supplied), TV, library, children's play area. Separate WC. Washbasin. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and bathroom adapted for disabled guests.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds. 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. 1 private bathroom per room (shower, washbasin, WC).
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 private bathroom per bedroom (shower, washbasin, WC).
Basement: washing machine (detergent not supplied), tumble dryer, additional fridge-freezer.
Sheets and blankets provided (beds not made up). Optional cleaning charge €250. No towels. Gas or wood central heating. Garden furniture, parasols, barbecues. Pets allowed subject to reservation. Public wifi. Tourist tax.
