Perfectly situated for discovering the treasures of the region, it's just 15 minutes from the Château de Chambord and 20 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron, between heritage, wide open spaces and must-see tourist activities.

This authentic Sologne house is an invitation to slow down and take full advantage of the region's natural riches and heritage. Its location in the Vicairerie communal garden is particularly attractive: just 50 meters away, a village grocery store offers fresh bread, a bar and local services, while an excellent restaurant right next door will delight fans of local gastronomy. The gîte is also in the immediate vicinity of the Maison du Cerf, Sologne's emblematic museum devoted to this mythical animal for which the region is famous. In season, you can enjoy the unique experience of listening to the stag's bellowing in the heart of the Forest. Opposite the Holiday cottage, a pond just 150 meters away allows fishing enthusiasts to make the most of their stay, with a fishing card provided in the accommodation by the town hall.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many Hiking and biking trails accessible from the gîte, as well as the interactive treasure hunts for young and old, perfect for discovering the Sologne in a different way. Finally, the gîte is ideally located for exploring the region's must-see attractions: 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo and less than an hour from the Loire Valley's greatest châteaux.

The Holiday cottage has: a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm and connected TV, a bedroom with two twin beds 90x190 cm, a master suite with a bed 160x200 cm and its private shower room with shower and WC, a second shower room with shower and WC. Two heaters are available for extra sleeping. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Secure bicycle shed. Parking in front of the Holiday cottage entrance is permitted for unloading luggage. During your stay, parking is available in the church parking lot, 50 meters away. WIFI included.
