With the particularity of being a square tower comprising 3 rooms on 3 levels, this Holiday cottage is nevertheless well laid out, and you'll be charmed by its calm. Less than 1km away, you'll find the Loire River, a UNESCO world heritage site, with its many cycling trails. For your leisure, you'll have the opportunity to visit the beautiful châteaux of the Loire, the museums, the gardens; to go hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, swimming; to visit the magnificent Beauval Zoo... And for your sweet tooth, there's a wide range of regional products, including asparagus wine and yams and cakes, waiting to be tasted!

A detached 18th-century house next to the owners' accommodation, this outbuilding of the former Château de Nozieux is a distinctive square tower with three rooms on three levels. All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax). Ground floor: 17 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen. 1st floor: 14 m² lounge, shower room with WC. 2nd floor: spacious 20 m² bedroom with 1.60 m bed (or 2 0.80 m beds). Outside: 12 m² terrace with garden furniture. Bed made up on arrival, towels provided, parking space, bicycle shed. This 3-level gîte with 2 staircases is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Non-smoking accommodation.
