La Tassetière

Welcome to La Tassetière, a pretty self-catering cottage restored in 2010, quietly located in Houssay (shops in the village) and just ten kilometers from Vendôme TGV station (ideal for trips to Tours or Paris). Near your accommodation, you'll find paths for Hiking or cycling, between fields, vineyards and the Loir. You're just a few minutes from Vendôme, where you can stroll and discover a pretty City steeped in history. Don't miss Lavardin, one of France's most beautiful villages, or the troglodytic village of Trôo, the gardens of Plessis-Sasnières or La Possonière (Ronsard's birthplace). In summer, world cultures come together at the Montoire Festival of traditional dance and music (8 km away).
And if you'd like to visit a farm or winery, don't hesitate to ask the owner!
