On the first floor of the owner's house, a family room "LA MARGUERITE" (1 bed 1.60 m and 2 beds 0.90 m), with its own shower room and toilet, approx. 45 m2, a family suite "LE BEUVRON" comprising a first room (1 bed 1.60 m and 1 bed 0.90 m), a 2nd room with a BZ-style sofa bed, with its own shower room and toilet, approx. 50 m2. A fridge and microwave are available, as is a dining area with table and chairs and all the utensils needed for meals.

Additional 10 m2 dining area next to the bedroom, where you can enjoy your breakfast (your choice) and evening meals, with a small fridge, microwave, hot drinks and crockery for 4 people.

Apartment comprising a master bedroom with 1 bed 1.60/2.00 + 1 bed 0.90/1.90, a private living room (which can be converted into a second bedroom) equipped with a double sofa (BZ style 1.40/1.90) separated by a shower room, independent toilet. The additional 10 m2 dining area is shared with the "la marguerite" room, with the option of having breakfast or meals upstairs. Also at your disposal are a small fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and all crockery and cutlery for meals.
