Comprising two adjoining accommodations, these former 16th-century houses have been lovingly renovated by their owners to provide all the comforts you need for short or long stays. Located in the heart of the village of Theillay and close to the shops, this gîte is perfect for a pleasant stopover in Loir-et-Cher. The proximity of the Canal du Berry will delight anglers, hikers and cyclists (marked routes). For circuit-racing enthusiasts, the Salbris karting center is 8 km away. The Château de la Ferté-Imbault is only 10km away, and is the largest brick building in the Loir-et-Cher! You're also 30 minutes from Bourges. And if you want to see the stars, don't miss the Pôle des étoiles in Nançay (15 min)!

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room (wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m and 2 bunk beds), shower room with WC (directly accessible from the 2 bedrooms).
Lodging 2 - Callune - For 2 people :
Ground floor: living room-lounge-kitchen (microwave oven, dishwasher, etc.) with 2-person sofa bed. 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. For your information, there is a low beam in the living room.
Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed (160x200).
Outside: wooded garden (300 m²), garden furniture, barbecue. 1 private parking space.
Bicycles available on request. Cot and high chair available on request. Wood: €30 per half-hectare. A €40 cleaning deposit is payable on site. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets welcome.
