The village of Selommes has a mini-market and local shops, as well as a tennis court and petanque pitch. Horse-riders will find a riding school just 500m away, and anglers will find the Selommes pond. You're in the Vendôme region: visit the City of Vendôme, city of water and light, and its historic town center; discover one of France's most beautiful villages, Lavardin; explore the troglodytic village of Trôo. You're also less than half an hour from Blois and its Château Royal, and less than 45 minutes from Chambord, Cheverny and their famous Châteaux, or the magnificent Jardins de Chaumont-sur-Loire.
