Separated from the owners' house by a private courtyard, the Holiday cottage is ideal for a stay with family or friends, to discover wildlife, the Loire castles (Chambord, Cheverny...) and local produce. It's a perfect base for discovering the Loire Valley's wildlife and castles (Chambord, Cheverny...), Beauval Zoo (45') and Center-parc (10'). The castles of Chambord, Blois and Cheverny are 25 minutes away. A heated swimming pool is shared with the owners. Situated on a cycle-touring circuit, you can discover the richness of the region's heritage by bike. Others may prefer to walk to the nearby observatory at Etang de Beaumont or Malzoné.

Well-equipped with a 40m² living room on the ground floor with a dining room-kitchen on one side, and a living room with sofa and armchairs on the other side, opened by a bay window. Also a laundry room with 1 independent toilet. Upstairs: a large, secure landing (Kids' play area), 1 bedroom (3 beds 0.90 m), 1 bedroom with Queen-size bed, shower room with toilet. Heating supplement payable on site (€12/day). Green Up reinforced socket for electric vehicle (extra). Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
