In the village of Chouzy sur Cisse, 5 minutes from the Château de Chaumont/Loire and its incredible International Garden Festival, and 10 minutes from the Château Royal de Blois, this house, adjoining another gîte (not overlooked), is the perfect base for exploring the Loire Valley. Discover the fabulous Châteaux de la Loire that have made the region famous. From the more famous Chambord, Chenonceau and Cheverny, just 30 minutes away, to Amboise and Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci's last home), to the more intimate but no less surprising Châteaux de Fougères/Bièvre, Château Gaillard and Montpoupon. A must-see in the region is the Beauval zoo, one of the most beautiful in the world, just 50 minutes away. Escape along the Loire, a river of preserved flora and fauna, for a walk or bike ride (Loire à Vélo). Rich in local produce, meet our producers and enjoy their products on the farm or at the market.

Located in an old fortified farmhouse, your Holiday cottage offers on the ground floor a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room (TV) with fireplace (wood supplied), laundry room with washing machine and freezer, gaming room, 1bedroom (1 bed160), shower room and separate wc.
Upstairs: 1bedroom (2 beds 90), 1bedroom (2 beds 90), 1bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room with WC. Superb views of the surrounding countryside from the upstairs bedrooms. Outside, enjoy a terrace and a private arbor under a trellis, as well as a garden. On-site unheated Piscine (dome) (4x8m ovoid shape, 90 to 170 cm deep), free access from May 15, to be shared with Holiday cottage 41G624. Wifi, Electric heating included (if heating used between June 15 and September 15: €50/week payable). Please note: No arrivals after 8:30pm.
