Situated in a peaceful rural setting, this detached house has been entirely restored in the traditional style (brick, tuffeau) and is close to a mixed farming farm (suckling cattle). Many footpaths are close to the Holiday cottage, so don't hesitate to take a stroll near the farm's pond. A restored caravan is available for Kids from April to September. You can also take advantage of your location to visit the Jardin du Plessis de Sasnières, or stroll through the village of Lavardin, counted among "Les plus Beaux Villages de France" and awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère" label, or Trôo, where you can observe troglodytes!
