Welcome to La Boulauderie, in the heart of the Sologne region. Set in oak, birch and chestnut trees, this comfortable Holiday cottage awaits you on a 12-hectare property with a large pond where wildlife lives peacefully through the seasons.
From our Holiday cottage, you can enjoy beautiful walks around the Sologne ponds, with observatories where you can take splendid photos. Châteaux and their parks await you, as do walking tours, visits to troglodyte dwellings and caves, the Beauval and La Touche zoos...... or simply lazing around our gîte.
In any case, the scenery changes from the beginning to the end of the year, each season has its own charm, and we look forward to welcoming you all year round.

All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) of approx. 90m2 on one level, adjoining the owners' house, on 12 hectares of wooded grounds with pond.
Entrance with laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer). Living room with table and chairs, sitting area with sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen: filter and pod coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, oven, etc. Bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, heated towel rail. Separate WC with washbasin. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x200). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x200). Ping-pong table and leisure equipment (boules, balls, rackets, etc.). Private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Independent entrance. Covered carport. Storage for bicycles or other equipment.
